Halloween......
Hi there...someone could say that Halloween shouldn't be celebrated 'cos it's a consumerist feats...well that's right but just in part...I mean...nobody points out that Christhmas, Easter and Ephifany are gettin' more and more consumerist feats; someone could claim that Halloween doesn't belong to our religion but Italy is a lay state, isn't it?..and also Halloween has to be considered like Carnival, it is not a threat for our Church...so ease up!Halloween is just a Carnival!...see ya in class....

Hi. I've just read your post. I think your right. We should consider Halloween as a kind of carnival. If one likes dressing up, they're free to do that.

I agree with you. Almost all the feasts we celebrate are consumerist, therefore I don't understand why we shouldn't celebrate halloween too! I mean, we celebrate it only for dressing up or going to parties...I don't find anything wrong in it!
